1. Who operates this service

This website and the Living in Colorado Mountains Content Engine are operated by Anthony Sole, Broker Associate with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Anthony Sole and Living in Colorado Mountains.

2. Information we receive

Information you provide

If you contact us by email, phone, or through a link on this website, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, real estate interests, and message.

Website and hosting information

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.

Google and YouTube information

When the channel owner authorizes the Content Engine through Google OAuth, the application may access information associated with YouTube channels the account is permitted to manage. This can include video identifiers, titles, other video metadata, caption-track information, and caption text. The application does not receive or store the user’s Google password.

3. How Google and YouTube data is used

The Content Engine uses authorized YouTube data only to:

• identify videos belonging to the authorized channel;
• download owner-authorized captions and related video metadata;
• create original drafts, articles, summaries, and supporting website content based on those videos;
• avoid processing the same video more than intended; and
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the private automation.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, audience profiling, credit decisions, or sale to third parties.

4. AI-assisted processing and service providers

Authorized caption text and related instructions may be sent to the OpenAI API to generate draft educational content. The automation also relies on Google and YouTube for authorized source data, GitHub and GitHub Actions for code execution and secure configuration, and Vercel for website hosting. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices and only as needed to provide their respective services.

5. Storage and retention

OAuth client credentials and refresh tokens are stored as encrypted repository secrets and are not placed in public website files. Caption text is processed for content generation and is not intentionally retained as a standalone public transcript. Generated articles, source video identifiers, processing history, and operational records may be retained until they are no longer needed or deletion is requested. Access credentials are retained until they are replaced, deleted, expired, or revoked.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent Google user data or other personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers described above, disclosed when required by law, or used when reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, and integrity of this website and its systems.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy

Living in Colorado Mountains’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Your choices and deletion requests

The authorizing user can review or revoke the application’s Google access at any time through Google Account third-party access settings. Revoking access prevents future access but does not automatically delete previously generated website content.

To request deletion of stored OAuth credentials, processing records, generated content, or other information associated with this service, email Anthony.Sole@LivSothebysRealty.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted secret storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s privacy

This website and the Content Engine are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, automation, or applicable requirements change. The updated date above will reflect the latest revision.
